My path has been shaped by a deep curiosity about human behavior, decision-making, and organizational transformation.
I began my career as an international corporate lawyer, advising global corporations on cross-border transactions, risk management, and compliance. Throughout my career, I realized that beyond legal structures, it is human behavior that ultimately drives success — or failure — in organizations.
Driven by this insight, I expanded my expertise into psychology, neuroscience, and international business strategy and complemented my academic background with executive and leadership coaching training, blending scientific insights with practical approaches to human development.
Today, I integrate applied organizational neuroscience, international law, and coaching to help leaders and organizations navigate complexity, optimize performance, and foster sustainable growth.
